The analytic review of the literature devoted to mechanisms of the interaction of pathogenic bacteria and viruses with cells of macroorganism and an opportunity of their inhibition was submitted. The data of experimental and own researches of polysaccharides action on a stage of pathogenic bacteria adhesion and viruses adsorption on eukaryotic cells. Mechanisms of action the plant polysaccharides and the sea hydrobionts sulfated polysaccharides are discussed.
