The review of the literature on application of immunocorrectors at virus infections was submitted. On the basis of these data a number of virus diseases (hepatites, HSV, AIDS and etc.) at which immunocorrectors have come in the category of necessary therapy. It is especially importance if the infection gets long, chronic course and also the vaccination against infectious diseases. The preventive therapy can be carried out with the help of bioactive dietary supplements which have found a wide application in medical practice.
