The screening of sulphate polyhydroxysteroids from sea echinodermata (Ophiuroidea) of various chemical structure on their ability to influence on the functional activity of mice neutrophils is carried out. The most active compounds increasing adhesive properties, raising the level of oxygen-dependent metabolism and phagocytic function of neutrophils are revealed.
