The effect of low molecular DNA (ImDNA) from Salmon milt and soft drinks containing lmDNA in experimental pseudotuberculosis infection was studied. When lmDNA and drinks with lmDNA introduced per os, dissemination of the organs by Yersinia pseudotuberculosis was decreased and the survival of animals infected with DCL of bacteria was increased. Low molecular DNA activated the functional activity of phagocytes of peritoneal exsudation of mice and prevented the lethal effect of the thermolabile and thermostable toxins of Y.pseudotuberculosis on mice.
