The immunomodulating action of bioactive dietary supplement DNA-C on parameters of cell and humoral immunity of the elderly persons was investigated. It was established that DNA-C had different action depending on an initial level: raises the relative contents and absolute amount CD3, CD4, CD8, CD16 lymphocytes and level of IgM, IgA in blood serum in the group of elderly persons with initial low parameters, and in the group of elderly persons with high and average meanings did not change parameters of cell and humoral immunity, or reduced them up to a level of normal meanings.
