Experimental data about protective and therapeutic effectiveness of tinrostim — the polypeptide from the lobster nervous tissue permitted for application as the bioactive dietary supplement — were given. It was established that the application of tinrostim in early post-infection period, even as a preparation of mono therapy irrespective of the way administration, prevented the death of more than 50% of mice infected with the DCL of Yersinia pseudotuberculosis. Received results would become a basis for tinrostim application in the complex therapy this disease from the time of patient hospitalization.
