The question about the effectiveness of licopid and tinrostim application in the complex treatment of community-acquired pneumonia patients using narcotics is discussed. It was established that the including of tinrostim and licopid in the treatment of the patients resulted in the increase of phagocytic meanings of polymorphonuclear leukocytes, the common complement activity of blood serum, levels of C2 and C4 components of complement, also the decrease of circulating immune complexes. The effectiveness of tinrostim and licopid was analogous.
