The influence of cultivation temperature (6 8°C, 37°C) on L.monocytogenes adhesive properties was studied. For the laboratory experiments the following L.monocytogenes reference-strains were used: serotype 1/2a, 1/2b, 1/2c, วเ, 4a, 4b, 4c and 7. Two strains groups (high and mean level of adhesion) were verified. Probably, the thermal regime 6 8°C stimulates the adhesive activity of majority of L.monocytogenes strains and promotes considerable penetration of infection agent into mammal organism.
