Comparative analysis of qualitative and quantitative composition of the amino and organic acids produced into cultural medium by Yersinia pseudotuberculosis at different temperature

It was shown that the cultivation of Y.pseudotuberculosis at different temperatures (6 — 8°C and 37°С) was accompanied with amino and organic acids accumulation in cultural medium. In low-polymeric fraction of bacteria “heat” variant, free amino acids are revealed, however, during the “cold” cultivation process are detected them in minimal quantity. Thermal factor is an inductor, conducive to exchange processes switching over either to consumption of amino acids from the medium (at 37°C), or to mainly intracellular synthesis of amino acids from the organic acids of Krebs cycle (at 6 — 8°С).
