Seasonal changes and host adaptability of ticks of the species Hyalomma marginatum in the Stavropol Territory

Seasonal changes in the amount of H.marginatum in the Stavropol Territory and the adaptability of these ticks to hosts are discussed. For the first time data on the amount of H.marginatum larvae and nymphs on hosts have been obtained, which gives essential additions to the available knowledge of the phenology of this species.
