Vectors of the causative agents of natural focal diseases in the North Caucasus

The data on the spread, biotypical adaptation, trophic co

ections and life cycles Ixodes ticks (Ixodoidea) and fleas (Siphonaptera) on the territory of the North Caucasus are presented in the generalized form. Their specific features considered in this work are closely linked with the role played by these arthropods in the natural foci of Crimean hemorrhagic fever, tularemia, Q fever, tick-borne encephalitis, tick-borne borreliosis and plague.
