Starting from 1999, the activation of the natural focus of Crimean hemorrhagic fever (CHF) took place in the Stavropol Territory, which led to the deterioration of the epidemic situation. Experience in the organization and carrying out of prophylactic measures, aimed at a decrease in the activity of the natural focus of CHF and the prevention of the spread of the disease among the population.
