Diagnostic value of the laboratory methods of the diagnostics of Crimean hemorrhagic fever in clinical practice

The results of the determination of Crimean hemorrhagic fever (CHF) virus RNA by the method of reverse transcription — polymerase chain reaction and specific IgM, IgG to the causative agent of CHF by the method enzyme immunoassay are presented. The results of specific laboratory tests with clinical data have been compared. The diagnostic importance of laboratory studies has been determined.
