The properties of monoclonal antibodies (McAb) to HBsAg, obtained from three different manufacturers (producer firms No. 1 and No. 2, “ECOlab”), were studied on different biological materials. McAb and their combinations were used for the preparation of immunosorbent which could be included as an ingredient into the solid-phase enzume immunoassay system. The mixture of McAb, chosed as the optimum variant of immunosorbent with respect to its sensitivity and specificity, was “ECOlab” mixture 3 + No. 1 (4 μg/ml + 1 μg/ml).
