The article deals with the theoretical aspects of immunogenesis and the analysis of the functional states of the individual elements of the human immune system during associated and complex immunization. On the basis of the data of literature and the results of the authors’ own studies the criteria for the evaluation of the vaccination efficiency to choose the optimum vaccination doses and administration routes of vaccines, are substantiated basing on the literature as well as author’s original data.
