Use of aerosil as a vector of specific allergen in chemoluminescent analysis

The possibility of using aerosil as an allergen carrier for increasing the specificity and sensitivity of chemiluminescent analysis is experimentally substantiated. The study revealed that aerosil produced a stimulating effect on whole blood leukocytes of intact and sensitized guinea pigs in the evaluation of the functional activity of the cells under study.
