The results of the analysis of the dynamics of measles morbidity in the Taimyr Autonomous Territoty on the background of vaccinal prophylaxis, practiced in this territory for the period of 30 years, are presented. Immunity to measles in different age groups was evaluated. The authors analyzed the causes and specific features of the measles outbreak in 2000, among persons revaccinated with live measles vaccine which emerged after prolonged absence (1992—1999) of cases of this disease. nZh.
