Evaluation of the cholera epidemic potential of the territory using complex indices

The evaluation of the cholera epidemic potential of the administrative territory was made using complex indices, describing the epidemic manifestations of cholera, the contamination of surface water reservoirs with Vibrio cholerae, serogroups 01 and 0139, international transport routes and the possibilities of the cholera import, climat characteristics of the territory, the conditions of water supply for technical purposes and drinking, as well as recreational water facilities. For the first time the data on the migration of the population, leading to the possibility of the cholera import, were used.
