Yakutsk State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance Center
Materials on the activity of the Department of Alimentary Hygiene of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance Center in Yakutsk at the period of spring high-flood. 138 objects were examined, among them 26 examinations were made with the laboratory control. According to the results of the examination, the work of 13 objects was stopped. Recommendations on the phage treatment of the employees of the food industry and public catering service were worked out. The scheme for controlling the corresponding services, evacuation stations and newly organized canteens or catering centers was developed.
