The data on the preparation of basic documents for the reglamentation of work of central ulus hospitals during spring inundation in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are presented. These documents contain schemes and maps of the relocation of medical institutions from flooded zones, places for the accommodation of evacuated patients, materials on the provision of routine and emergency assistance by two specialized institutions. Concrete data on the periods of work are given and problems concerning situational facts, including their evaluation, the order of taking decisions, the actions of special structures and results of the work under the conditions of high-flood, are discussed.
